| Cancellations All cancellations must be made ether by a telephone call having verbal contact with a representative of this company. Leave a call back number we can call back if you are unable to talk to a staff member. (732) 791-4880 (No messages will be accepted) or confirmed email dawn@shootnj.com or by registered mail SHOOT NJ LLC 1385 Highway 35 #307 Middletown, NJ 07748. Prior to eight (8) working days before the scheduled class will receive refund in full within thirty (30) days or may reschedule for another date. Cancellations within seven (7) working days before the scheduled class will ONLY have their monies applied to a new course date. No-show, without cancellation will receive no refund and no reschedule. ( If there should be an emergency on the date of the class, please call us and let us know!) If circumstances arise in your life that makes it impossible to attend the class date you paid for, you may simple advise SHOOT NJ management and reschedule another date. We will do out best to get you into a class as soon as possible. OUR CANCELLATIONS You will be rescheduled for the next available class. Please note that Range facilities are not under our control or direction. Class cancellations in their entirety or cancellation of live fire portions of the class may be necessary as a result of circumstances beyond our control. Prevailing weather conditions may dictate cancellation of live fire sessions on outdoor facilities. Classes are held in all weather conditions that do not cause a safety issue. Heat, cold, rain and so on. Outdoor live fire sessions will not be continued under threat of thunderstorms or lightning within fifteen miles of the facility. Outdoor live fire sessions may be cancelled due to any safety issues, at discretion of the RSO or your instructor. If we cancel a class due to weather, military, legal or unforeseen reasons, you can request a refund within fourteen 14 days of the canceled of the orginal class date. After 14 days refunds will not be issued. You may attend the class on another date or use your payment towards another class. There is no limit to the time between classes all basic classes are offered every month. In particular, classes held at Ft. Dix Rod & Gun Club facilities on Range 14 on Fort Dix, NJ are under military control and ranges may be shut down unexpectedly and without notice by military authorities because of military activity on the bases. We have no input or control over these situations and will notify you as soon as possible. |
